I just installed sheetnode version 6.x.1.5. I installed social calc. What I
need to do is be able to cut from Excel and Paste into fields in a node. I
was going to setup a field in my node as type Sheet and then users could
copy and paste. But I can't seem to make that work. It will paste in the
"enter-able" field but I need to paste into cells. E.g., if I copy 4 cells
in excel I need that to paste into 4 cells in the node/sheet.
Suggestions?
I will also want to set the dimensions of the sheet for the field. I saw a previous issue so I think that is possible.
FYI. If a solution is available that does not use Sheetnode that is fine.
Thanks,

infojunkieI just tested the ability to copy a range of cell values from OpenOffice.org Calc into sheetnode. The test was successful: the cell values were correctly placed on the sheet starting at the current selected cell. However, formatting information was not copied.
Is this what you have in mind?

msimanga commentedI hard the same issue until I used the keyboard short cuts to copy and paste. Ctrl-C to copy and Ctrl-V to paste.
