Jeff,

When an anonymous user navigates to /user on a site with 6.x-3.0-rc2 the above two tabs are not rendered. I have tested with 6.x-2.2 and 6.x-3.x-dev and both render fine.

Do you plan to roll out a 6.x-3.0-rc3 or 6.x-3.0 or should I switch to 6.x-3.x-dev, which might be a moving target?

6.x-3.x is not much of a moving target actually, its pretty well set in stone to be frank, I haven't changed much in a long time and it pretty much does everything I need it to. The only reason I havent cut a new stable release is time, being side tracked by Drupal 7 and my rather long holiday this summer... lol.

I think I'll take a look at this later today, I always planned to do a 6.x-3.x release when D7 version was released, so maybe its time to crack along with it!

That would be great to roll a recommended release Jeff. Were you aware of this issue with rc2 and were my observations just symptomatic of a broader issue that was fixed in latest dev release?
