Hello

I am using 'Drupal core 7.0 (2011-Jan-05)' to gether with 'IMCE 7.x-1.x-dev (2011-Jan-18)'.

Since my upload of the system to the virtual production/live server, the IMCE tool bar items have disapppeared. Please see attachment.

I have cleared the caches, run the cron, checked permissions and even checked the devel variables, nothing has worked.

I would be very glad to get some help.

By-the-way, the site is running on a multi-site installation of a friend.

Check for any js errors.
Also try with a different theme.

Same issue here, even with different themes. I got this error message:
Warning: file_get_contents(/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/ckeditor.js) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory en _locale_parse_js_file() (línea 1303 de /home/r83j33nb2/public_html/myserver/includes/locale.inc).

My 6.x installation looks exactly the same. No toolbar at all. I believe I have narrowed it down to the current version of Nice Menus. Once the module is disabled, the toolbar returns.

Same issue with Clientside Validation 7.x-1.34 in combination with IMCE 7.x-1.5, seems to be fixed in Clientside Validation's dev version, though: #1714174: IMCE file browser toolbar disappears and files no longer clickable

Had the same problem. Disabled Facebook API module and all the buttons came back.
