Hello, I'm new to Drupal and a bit confused trying to get Fivestar or Jrating running. Since both have version 5 releases out, I have added them both to my site. I see them in the module admin section. However it is telling me "Depends on: Votingapi (missing)". I Thought Voting API was part of the 5. I can't add the Voting API module because there is no 5 version. What am I missing? Can someone help me out with this?

According to this: http://drupal.org/node/82257#comment-158531 voting API was ported a while back. however, it's possible it's not tagged yet and you just have to try the HEAD version: http://drupal.org/node/36041/release

Thanks, using the HEAD version of Voting API worked for JRating.

Next problem is I'm trying to use Voting API Actions. However it requires Actions, which is missing according to my module control panel. Is Actions required in 5? I have tried using Actions 4.7 and HEAD , which isn't being recognized. Anyone have advice on what might be the problem?
