I am hoping that my posting this
web error-page capture might be of help
to you who develop
assuming as I am that views

Thanks for all the good work.

Comment #1
bojanz commentedAccidental double-post.
Comment #2
bojanz commentedD6 views can't work without converting.
However the API converter is not done yet, see #687564: Build a generic d6 -> d7 update api / converter.
You'll need to recreate your views in order to use them.

christopher james francis rodgers commentedI apologize as I have no idea how my original Issue Title..
"D7 error - Re: views - end-user webpage capture - FYI - Review - Delete."
was changed to "D6 View doesn't work in D7".
I was simply trying to share an Error page from D 7.0 / views 7.x-3.0-alpha1.
Review the attached file if you would like to see my error page ..*.zip.

bojanz commentedI changed the title. And reviewed your zip. And gave you an answer.
Anything else you need clarified?
Comment #6
christopher james francis rodgers commentedThank you for your response.
I thought that you had inadvertently stumbled
onto my Issue and had posted here in error.
I did not upgrade from D6.
This is a new and independent install of D7.0
and multiple modules.
I see finally now, by trial and error of module "enable"ing
and diss-"enable"ing, that the error page I had attached
does Not display just because I have enabled all of..
- Views
- Views Bulk Operations
- Views exporter
- Views UI;
but rather when I have the four above enabled
and I then "Enable" 'Administration views' 7.x-3.0-rc1
and then click on "Comments",
that is when the a-fore-mentioned and attached error page occurs..
Which is to say that Views is not necessarily to blame
but rather 'Administration views' appears to be at fault;
little that I can guess.
I am just an end user trying to help in my own limited way.
Thanks again for all your hard work.
- Chris

Admin Men.. Status from 'Normal' to 'Major':

This problem persists.
I do not know if it is a 'Views' or a 'Administration Menu'
problem.
I am posting a copy of this page
in the other Modules' issues also.
http://drupal.org/node/1039020 - Administration Menu 7.x-3.0-rc1.
http://drupal.org/node/1038680 - Views 7.x-3.x-dev; 7x-3.0-alpha1.
===
Yesterday I tried Views 7.x-3.x-dev.
(I think it was v.2011.01.27..
but might have been the version from the '26th. ? )
In any case, the problem still presents itself when..
- D7: (on BlueHost.com) New install with many modules..
..some Red, some Green, some Yellow.
- Views: All three modules enabled.
....- Views
....- Views exporter
....- Views UI.
- Enable module 'Administration views'
(of 'Administration Menu' 7.x-3.0-rc1).
- I go to comment page
(admin/content/comment),
===
.. and on the page that loads,
the following two sets of Errors display.

dawehnerThen this is a bug of" admin views".
The view has to be updated to d7 tables.
There will be one day an automatic update for the existing views.
