Created new field with meta type

1. There is no textarea for editing default value
2. There is no textarea in content edit form

What do you see in field settings screen?
What do you see in admin/reports/fields?
Do you have multilanguage options enabled? i18n?

Admin report field is ok. there is a new field
And I have russian language installed.
There is screenshot what I see when create a metatag field.

As far as I see, something is wrong with content type definition.
It's machine name contains spaces or other unreadable/invisible characters?
Pay attention to the phrase "Параметры поля в типе документа " _type"
For the same reason, HTML fragment contains spaces.
I would suggest to fix content type machine name

Content type is ok. I painted it with photoshop :) there are no spaces in machine name.
Also if I choose new field with type textarea - its work as expected. So there is some strange behavior with this filed type.
