The compressed file with module code contains file .cvsignore which should be removed

The module multiple_email-6.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz contains the file ".cvsignore" and should not. Simply removing the file in would fix this issue. Possibly also alter the tar.gz generating script of the developer.
