It seems to only come up when I also have the date module installed. Not sure why that would happen.

Using feeds-7.x-2.0-alpha3 and the latest dev release from date module as of january 29, 2011.

I got the same when both feeds and date are installed. We just needed feeds for a one-time process, and once we disabled the module the warning went away.
