CAN'T access anything!changed base_URL

Hello.
I changed the base_url of my page using the front page module,a page which does not exist...
Anyway,now it won't log in or show anything.Even to the admin.Trying to login as one simply gives access denied messages,and no admin menu or anything.
How do I access my page?
Please help.
