Cosmetic :

- The issue summary table on top of an issue post (listing the project, version, component, author, status...) now has the default table style (zebras, horizontal borders, size 1em), which makes it stand out too much IMO.

- the mini-summary table that displays comment by comment status changes seems styled OK, except for a border-top on the tbody
