Panels 3 integration for the FAQ module "FAQ Page"

Hello,

Here is the patch/module to integrate the generated FAQ page with panels 3. The feature is designed as a separate module for performance purposes so sites that does not use panels won't have to take the additional hit. Having said that here's a brief summary
of the module:

a.) faqpanels.module is envisioned to be located under sites/all/modules/faq/modules/faqpanels
b.) provides two panels plugins namely page manager task plugin and a content type plugin.
c.) the faqpanels_faq_term page manager task plugin lets users override the layout of the path faq/%tid/%field_display , so folks using panels will be able to mix and match blocks :)
note: this will only do faq_pages faq, faq/%, faq/%/list, faq/list decided not to mess with the order form page
d.) the faqpanels_faqpage content type plugin lets users add the contact form as a widget block named "FAQ Page"
e.) @todo should we include the term object as a context?
f.) coder module checked for standards.
