To have the geotaxonomy module support a multi-parent hierarchy, we need to extend the uniqueness fields to also include the geotaxonomy external_id field. (See http://drupal.org/node/1051296 for more information.)

The following patch file does this by making a small change to the existingItemId() function in the FeedsTermProcessor.inc plugin.

WARNING: It introduces a dependency on the geotaxonomy module.
