I encountered this error using Firefox or Safari on Mac. This one is described on Uploadify forums in several threads but the odd thing here I get it randomly.
The error could be due to session issues or filesize issues but I think it's not the case here.
For example when I upload 10 images it could happen that 3 of them return errors but then I delete them from queue without refreshing page and select them once again and they upload just fine.

The returned error object in onError function after I changed those two irritating alerts to console.log function looks like this:
Object { info="Error #2038", type="IO"}
It's hard to tell what this means.
Does anyone have any idea how to get better error description or any other solution ?

This problem seems to be caused by Flash 10.2 and going back to 10.1 solved it.
