After this module is activated I get a white screen at this url
http://www.teasetheday.com/admin/build/modules/list/confirm

if I navigate to /admin the page comes up correctly, but after any submit process in admin I see the white screen again. As soon as the module is turned off, the problem goes away.

I get this error on the logs page as well.:

warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/ttdtech/public_html/modules/fivestar/fivestar.module:1) in /home/ttdtech/public_html/includes/common.inc on line 311.

Corected and fixed in version 1.3 of Fivestar.module -- it should be packaged up by the release system later today.
