All images download without problem, but S3 hosted images are not.

I get this error:
"The selected file c82ed688e3dd184a229ffbe04940b06a.octet-stream could not be saved. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: png gif jpg jpeg."

For this image:

Any ideas?
