Hello,

I received the following error on a fresh install of D7. As a result the permission page is not accessible any more. How can I fix this as this feature is evident for our new community website.

I'm not using this module at all, and got the same error message... I can go to the Users list, but if I go to "permissions", I get the above error. Also, I cannot access at least some of the config options so far.

One another test site I started probably 6 or 8 months ago, still using one of the beta releases and several modules, I can get to the same page no problem:

/admin/people/permissions

I ran into this issue as well and it seems like the hook_permission definition is causing this.
