LinkedIn support (with theme settings support)

Hi,

I added LinkedIn support for the social settings this theme has. I added some lines in template.php, theme-settings.php and templates/page.tpl.php to support the linkedin icon next to the others (the icon was already there in the images/socialmedia folder)

Attached you can find the modified files (3 in 1 .zip) and the patches (3 in 1.zip) as I don't really know what's easier for you to use.

the patches where made with

diff -up source-file modified-file > patch 

from the koi folder in all/themes/koi

I hope you can add LinkedIn support to the theme for others to use it.
