Drupal 7 theme features:

• Extensive stylings for all core modules: blocks, nodes, forums, books, profiles, etc.
• 1-, 2- or 3-column layout with flexible width
• 9 regions: header menu, content, sidebar first, sidebar second, footer menu and 4 footer columns
• Supported standard theme features: logo, site name, site slogan, user pictures in nodes, user pictures in comments, favicon
• Drop-down menu with unlimited number of submenus
• Configurable position of each sidebar (far left, left, right, far right)
• Configurable layout width
• Configurable base font size
• Footer columns automatically collapse if there are no blocks assigned
