i do have a view displaying a single node. this view does have an attachment showing a number of related nodes- and i would like to have exposed filters for that attachment issue http://drupal.org/node/898352 and a pager for the attachment (not inherited, for the attachment itself). isn't that possible- i don't even get a setting for pagers for an attachment?

I might not entirely understand what your question is, but I think it really belongs in the Views Attach issue queue, not the Views one.

sorry- but i don't talk about views attach but just a normal views display type "attachment" being attached to another display of the same type. and i would like to have a pager for that attachment....

On Views stable release it's possible, not in actual DEV, but actual DEV is a lot better than the stable VIEWS. That's the problem.
