This wasn't an issue with a single site setup, but appeared when moving to a multisite setup. If any Timer information is updated when creating a ticket (such as Summary, or the timer is paused or edited), when you hit Save the user gets the warning prompt that they're leaving the page.
We've temporarily disabled the warning for now at /admin/support/settings/timer.
I'll try to dig for a little more detail also.

jeremy commentedWe tracked this down to being if "Comment controls" are enabled for the support ticket content type. Updating title of ticket.
