Support Timer

Provides a javascript-based timer for tracking how long support tickets and support ticket updates take.
Depends on the Support Ticketing System / Helpdesk module.
This is a work in progress, sponsored by Tag1 Consulting, Inc. It is currently of beta quality with many planned features not yet implemented, and some features only partially implemented. It is more a proof of concept than a working module -- patches are welcome to improve it. You have been warned!
