CTools content type not ported [#1082576]

When trying to get Author pane to be pulled into panels (to create what you did with APK) author pane is listed as content available, but when you click on it to add it to your new panel in the region you choose, it pops up the settings window (as normal) but the settings window doesn't have any thing on it not even a "ok" button. So i have to use the "close window" button at the top right corner and than its not added to the region.

I hope that explain it well enough.

I don't know if the person who ported it to D7 ported the CTools integration so it's quite possible that part isn't working at all.

OK alittle update on this.

If you select new content, you get the add content screen. Now on this screen you have your catagories on the left. The issue i listed only happen if you use author pane in the "Advanced Profile Kit" catagory. If you look further down you will see "Misc" this also has author pane in it, if you use this author pane all is well.
