Redirect after user registration

Hi there,
have set up the module and it's working great, the only thing is I'm having trouble from a usability point of view. When an anonymous user goes to my site and navigates to a job they like the look of, they are prompted to sign up. When they complete this process they are then taken to their user page, not the add a resume form so they then have to navigate back to the job they were looking at. This seems very backward, is there a way to streamline this process so the user can find a job, register and apply in one simple movement?
