Job Page

Hi there,

Sorry for asking this as it seems, after much looking, that everyone seems to have got their heads around this but I am finding
it hard to work out the process re views and the resumes. I've used views on many other sites but for some reason can't work out the process
of how i can display the list of jobs and a job page with the apply button.

I am probably missing something small but if anyone can run through a basic view to point me in the right direction re this it would be greatly appreciated.
