• Added README.txt.
• Improved hook_help() implementation.
• #269131: Updated the way IE Destroyer should be implemented in template
• Two different fieldsets for saving messages. One for the bar view and another for the block view.
• IE Destroyer messages have been used by implementing t() so they can easily be translated in advance using *.po files.
• Put the block back in the module with some slight adjustments

• Added 'administer iedestroyer' permission.
• Users without access to the PHP input format are no longer allowed to use it.
• Cleaned up the code. Fixed a lot of minor bugs (typos) and added more structure.
• Improved commenting on functions.
• Improved the HTML when interrupting the normal output and only showing IE Destroyer. The HTML is now valid and customisable.
