In Plugin Manager 7.x-1.x-dev (2011-Feb-25) the display on the page admin/plugin_manager/search is very strange. It is best described using the attached screenshot.

The display weirdness seems to be a theme issue. The first screenshot used the D7 default Bartik theme. It looks better in Garland, but the "Array" at the bottom and otherwise lack of functionality is a code issue
