Fckeditor how to exclude files from js aggregation on drupal 6?

I would appreciate some help with how to exclude the fckeditor js files from js aggregation on Drupal 6 without turning off all js aggregation. Is there a settings file where I need to put the path for the files to exclude. There are a few posts but none say how to do this in D6.
