It already is translatable as far as I know.

I also recommend you check out the Colorbox module as a replacement for Thickbox. Colorbox modern and nice, Thickbox tired and old :-). I'm the developer of both.

My mistake, I've been able to translate the

, however it won't find the "Image x of x" Does the new Colorbox work with Ubercart? Thanks
