I tested the module today and switched some fields to the hierarchical widget. on one vocabulary this happens:

i am not really sure why this is. any ideas

info: the vocabulary its not working has multiple children/depth

I get this too.
Just swapped a term field over to hierarchical select and now I get this:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_rewrite_sql() in /var/www/sites/all/modules/hierarchical_select/modules/hs_taxonomy.module on line 730"
Whenever I attempt to edit a node with the term field on or even just try to edit the field settings to change the widget.
