I had several accounts today receive emails telling them that they had not logged in since the 18th or 19th of March and if they didn't log in within the next week their account would be deleted.

The two email examples attached were received at the same time ... one to disable and one to delete the account.

Check this post. I have added one patch for this.
The conditions are wrong in sending warning emails before block / delete user.
