Uninstalled the module but are getting warnings every time I access "admin/reports/fields":

Notice: Undefined index: comment_node_media_gallery in _field_ui_bundle_admin_path() (line 310 /drupal/modules/field_ui/field_ui.module).
Notice: Undefined index: comment_node_media_gallery in field_ui_fields_list() (line 25 /drupal/modules/field_ui/field_ui.admin.inc).

Notice : Undefined index: und dans media_gallery_form_alter() (ligne 830 dans C:\wamp\www\cpe06\sites\all\modules\media_gallery\media_gallery.module).

Sounds like a duplicate of #1079966: Notice: Undefined index: [custom_content_type_machine_name] in _field_ui_bundle_admin_path(), line 309 in field_ui.module and is fixed with drupal 7.9 or newer.

@damienroussat: Please open a new issue. Your issue is not the same.

Got the same error, under fields list after uninstalling,- drupal 7.15, media gallery beta8. :

Notice: Undefined index: comment_node_media_gallery i _field_ui_bundle_admin_path() (linje 325 af /var/www/kystbysamraad.dk/public_html/modules/field_ui/field_ui.module).
Notice: Undefined index: comment_node_media_gallery i field_ui_fields_list() (linje 35 af var/www/kystbysamraad.dk/public_html/modules/field_ui/field_ui.admin.inc).
