Since the owner of this project does not seem to be very active on this project of late, have thrown a complete package together based on the above. Completely untested, use at your own risk!

BTW Mike I filed an issue here http://drupal.org/node/265824 about the project URL alias not working, on the assumption that it's a d.o. problem and not something *you* can fix..
