The tracker http://drupal.org/tracker often gives a reply count of zero for issues that do have "follow-ups".

I understand that "issues" have "follow-ups" and "forum topics" have "replies", but it feels to me like they're basically the same thing. It sure is confusing to see your issue marked as "0 replies", yet one or more people commented on it (through "follow-ups", since "replies" don't exist for issues).

I suggest counting "follow-ups" as "replies" in the tracker.

This was a project.module bug and was fixed a while ago. Dup of #5465.
