it'd sure be nice for project maintainers to see *all* release nodes, even the unpublished ones, when looking at the "view all releases" page for their project. right now, people get confused when there's no release node published yet (e.g. b/c the packaging scripts haven't run, etc). this is especially a problem for translations when invalid input causes the packaging script to refuse to make a tarball (see http://drupal.org/node/109181). see http://drupal.org/node/108760 as an example of the sort of confusion that can result from not seeing the unpublished release nodes.
