5.x version

I've updated the module to work on drupal 5 but can't upload it because it will only accept a patch file and i think thats dumb/not sure how to make one. I have a new ed_readmore-5.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz file for anyone that emails me and asks for it. This is my first module and I'm not entirely sure if its properly done but I followed the module development guide and it works so use it if you like and the maintainer of this module is free to post it if he likes.

no code, nothing to review setting status back to active.
