Glossify ignores path directory

I'm having problems with glossify omitting part of the node path. Pathauto automatically adds "wild-food-guide" to the url alias of a particular node type, but glossify is ignoring it. So, for example, I have a url alias of "/wild-food-guide/ramps", but it gets auto-linked simply as "/ramps" which of course leads to a 404.
