The cursor disappears, at least in Firefox, for me when adminmenu_dhtml is enabled - when creating a story node, or a comment, for example.

If I use a user account that does not have access to the adminmenu, the cursor is there. If I disable adminmenu for my admin account, my cursor re-appears.

This version of Adminmenu Dhtml is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.

Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
