I found the solution.
Do not appear pereklyuchyateli language and may not properly formed path, and it is not prefixed with the language. Since the setting is not set in
/admin/config/regional/language/configure

Need to set the checkbox in the URL
or wherever necessary.

Propose to install checkbox was enabled by default.
