Yay, another release.

This time we have another set of fixes that were critical, but also a bunch of new features that need a shakedown... Hoepfully, that will be the last of the last of the RCs and we can make 1.0 next week.

Well, there's really not much to do here - just be careful with the release.sh, update the release process and related pages, and test on koumbit's servers.

all done, i fixed up the release process while i was there...

hopefully, release.sh did its job, we'll know soon enough :P

reroll a rc5 if that fails miserably.
