The documentation page at http://drupal.org/node/33171 uses many wrong incarnations of the name "PostgreSQL":
PostGreSQl
PostGRES
PostGres's
PostGres
While PostgreSQL grew out of POSTGRES, the DBMS supported by Drupal is PostgreSQL. The inaccurate usage in, and particularly the capitalization in the title of, this page makes the Drupal project seem incompetent. For more information, see
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.2/static/intro-whatis.html

heine commentedThanks. I fixed that problem. Keeping this active because the page needs a rewrite, as it does not comply with the style guidelines.
pnm commentedI'd like to try to rewrite this page. Is there a good way to edit a new draft and share it for feedback without publishing it?

betz commentedChanged the component to reflect the new component categorization. See http://drupal.org/node/301443

emmajane commentedThis page has been marked as deprecated with links to the Schema API and Database API at the top of the page. In a marquee tag that blinks. SRSLY.
