check for related terms when a new term is created

thanks a lot for the enormous work on maintenance and new features creation on this useful module :)

from my little experience on your tool... and seen that term classification is growing ... i would suggest that when a new term is created with taxonomy select, the module checks for synonims on the db (maybe with rules?).
as i say, i am learning i am going to investigate this.
if i am able to do a rule for this (first time i use rules) i will post it here.
