I load many nodes from XML feeds, but sometimes it doesn't run Computed fields and hook_node_presave after import. I really don't know how to solve this problem. Do somebody have any idea how to debug it?

Can you provide more information & detail? What parser, fetcher and processor are you using on your feed importer?

You could bundle your feed importer into a Feature and post that code. The more information you provide the better the maintainers can replicate/identify the issue you are having.
