The last commit and issue update from the module maintainer seems to be a couple of years old. This module isn't likely to go forward since other modules have stepped in, or the functionality (teaser length per content type) has gone to core in D7.

It would be good to mention on the project page these replacement modules:

Hello!

I would say maintained (in a sense) yes, but further developed no... At least not in the foreseeable future. Especially now that both TOC and teaser length functions are part of core, there is no need to update them.

Thanks for the heads up though. I updated the module's description page appropriately.
