If you enable "Create a menu tab for each node that could belong to any queues", and go to node and click Nodequeue tab, you only get one queue in the add to list.

All other queues are missing.

I think I traced this back to the 'nodequeue_load_subqueues_by_reference' function - but I wasn't able to make heads or tails of the SQL query. Seems like it's only returning 1 subqueue when there are multiples.
