Hi,

Is there any chances that this module will be ported to Drupal 6 or 7? I would really like to publish my webcomic using Drupal using this module but unfortunately I am using Drupal 6, and might upgrade to 7.

I'm looking forward to your answers, thank you.

I'm also interested about this module but it doesn't seem to have been worked on for quite a while now.

Anyone got any good tips, hints or tutorials on publishing webcomics in Drupal 7?

For Drupal 7 maybe you can use this http://drupal.org/project/comicdrop

I haven't tested that module because currently I'm still on Drupal 6.

Thanks for the tip man, I’ll give it a try and let you know how it works.

So I installed the ComicDrop module and let me tell you it’s great, especially if your website will be mainly focused around the webcomic. The module comes packed with a crap-load of useful stuff such as a calendar, tag cloud and many other options and settings that I didn’t look very much into as in my case the webcomic will only be a part of the website.

What I do suggest is to first install the module and then test out how it works with your choice of theme – in my case most of its features clashed horribly with my choice of theme but I disabled them, like I said earlier in my particular case they were superfluous but they might not be in yours. On the other hand if you are more adept at coding or configuring Drupal than I am – and I’m a rank amateur at it – you may not have as many issues with it as I did.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for letting me know about your experience with ComicDrop.

Really appreciate it. I'll try to play around with my test server.
