Can't submit chat room settings form if 'Chatroom node ID to use for desk mode' is not set [#1128362]

When trying to submit chat room settings form with empty 'Chatroom node ID to use for desk mode.' field I am always getting next error

The chatroom desk node id must be for a chatroom

But this field is not mandatory.
