Ive tried to block user_register_pending_approval_admin but it didn't work. Reroute does work so instead im rerouting to a blank email address.

This is totally fine for me, just reporting the bug.

Hi jdln,

Thank you for reporting the bug. I guess assigning NULL to the message 'to' variable no longer works. I'll need to find another way to block mail.
