Unknown, unrequested, spam feeds imported via feeds

Hi,

I installed feeds, created 3 or 4 feed nodes, automatically ran cron and a couple of days later I see completely unwanted feeds imported into my drupal and it was visible at mydomain.com/node (feed nodes were fine). Some of them were even sexual content from url that I never placed into my import feeds. This is a out of the box install of feeds creating couple of nodes. Is this some kind of a security hole or is your module works the way, like anyone can feed anything into my site as they wish upon out of the box install?
