Release notes

by gibus: Initial portage to Drupal 7.

This is a working version for Drupal 7. Nevertheless it is tagged as "beta version", since code could be improved to respect more closely Drupal 7 architecture, like Field API. Moreover, the notifications have not been tested. And, since Jquery UI Dialog Drupal contributed module has not been ported to Drupal 7, when an existing text is edited, if some chunks of text where comments were attached to are deleted, these comments without scope are detached by default.
