I installed the module and moved the 'Kudos Node Form' block into the right sidebar. After giving users permissions to use the module, I got this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare init_theme() (previously declared in /home/haciend5/public_html/insightrading.com/includes/theme.inc:31) in /home/haciend5/public_html/insightrading.com/theme.inc on line 60

The site totally shut down. I had to delete the module through cPanel to get the site functional again. Anybody come across this before? I like the module, but I'm not going near it again unless I can figure out what went wrong. FYI, I checked theme.inc in both folders both before and after deleting the module. I didn't notice any change, so I'm not sure what to make of the error. Thanks in advance.
